Alright, lets get something straight. Since this is the start of a new year for all, I have something that needs to be stated. 1: This group has become lax in adminship. Admins are not staying on top of their trusted duties. I can not pull this group from the brink of deletion by myself. If we want it to prosper and become one of the best there is, things need to change. Be nice to ALL members, even if you have a personal grudge against them outside of the group. Read all new bios in a timely manner. A new member (or an existing one) should NOT have to wait more than two days to gain approval or denial. Be helpful. If any have questions or need help making their bio acceptable, do it in a pleasant and nurturing manner. Do NOT become an arse but do not allow them to push you around. Do not put down a member because they RP differently than you. Adapt and welcome them into your RPs, help build them up to be confident. Remember you were all noobs at one point. 2: Camaraderie. Everyone in this group is a friend to someone else. We may not all be friends of each other, but it would be nice to branch out beyond your own circle. Many are just waiting for someone new to make friends with. RP is the perfect way to make friends, or at the very least, a new rival to encourage growth and confidence. 3. Additions of new squads/Divisions. There shall be no organizations, squads or any other affiliations other than those already in place in the anime/manga. If it does NOT already exist within the Bleach verse, it will NOT be allowed in the group. If it DOES exist in the anime/manga, a decision as to whether it will be put in place here will be decided by the admins only. Once a decision is made, it will become final. Complaints and negative reactions will not be tolerated. 4. Posting. If any hold a position of importance, Captain or Espada and there is not at least one post a week OR an attempt at an active RP, you will be given a warning. A second time will result in the removal of your status. It can only be returned IF you prove you will be active in the group. 5. Purging. Once a month I will be purging the group of all inactives and any other squatters who just wish to collect groups as a status symbol. This will not be tolerated further. If you are not RP-ing here, you will NOT remain here. 6. Membership. All members will be given ONE WEEK to make a bio. It MUST be posted as a doc and be in the group format. Any bios not in group format will be DENIED. No exceptions. If you are asked to change the format, it must be changed. Refusal to do so will result in removal from the group. 7. Respect. All members are expected to show respect to one another. This includes respecting admins as well as admins respecting members. Any blatant disrespect will receive a single warning. Anything further will result in immediate removal by me personally. No exceptions. 8. Rules. The current rules of the group will be changed while others remain the same. Once they are in place, it is REQUIRED for all to read and comment to show that you have read them. This will be mandatory. Again, no exceptions. 9. Language. Any use of foul language or any type of vulgarity outside of RP will NOT be tolerated. This is an RP group, not your corner pub or hang-out. Use of this type of language is restricted to RP only, and only in a capacity where it would normally be used.
