Alright my lovely Facebook friends and family, listen up! As some of you may know I am back at my “position” at L&J Moving Company. This time however they have enlisted me to be their orientation guru. So that means I’m revamping the orientation and hiring process for the company to make it new, exciting and welcoming. Here is what I’m looking for from you guys, IDEAS! What are some of the things you’ve experienced (positive or negative) when first starting out with a new company/job position and going through the orientation process. What did you enjoy about what they did when you first got there? Any stand out ideas of things you’ve been a part of whether it activities or games that made you felt more welcomed? A part of a team?
