There are so many benefits to drinking water but the most important is the rejuvenation of cells and the boost it gives to your metabolism. The human body is 60% water as you go through your day you are loosing that through perspiration, bathroom time, and saliva. It is key to be resupplying the body with water. Some tools that I use to help me stay on top of my water concumption are. 1. Waterminder. I have a large 48oz water bottle i take with me to work. I write down how many times I have refilled it. Another similar Idea I have seen is to put pieces of tape at the top. Every time that you drink the bottle move one of the pieces of tape to the bottom. By the end of the day all the tape should be at the bottom. 3. Something I have done in the past is just buy a Gallon jug of water. When I wake up fill it and it better be empty by bedtime. 4. Add flavor to your water, adding lemons, limes, grapefruit or mint will help add flavor as well as help with the cleansing of the colon.
