Alright team... I dont often get super personal online, but this video is about such an important topic. Suicide effects so many people. Depression in general is something we all need to gain a deeper understanding of. I myself have battled depression, and i continue to fight it. I dont want to go into to much detail here on Facebook about it, but it is a very real part of my life. Even today i had to face it in a very real way. its been a part of my life for years.For many of those years i let in control and define me. I am so grateful to those who reached out in love to me to help. many of you probably are not even aware of how much you helped me. i am forever grateful! for a long time i was so upset that this was a trail i had to endure. often i asked why me?. now i know why... its because i have learned it can be overcome and i have been able to help so many others face depression and thoughts of suicide and provide some sort of hope to them. Its a battle that can be won! never underestimate the power of your love for another human being. that is in fact the only cure. p.s--> its super cool to learn about the story behind one of my all time favorite pictures of Christ. His love is the greatest gift and help i have ever received!
