Alright yall I got a delemna and needs yalls input on it. I traded a guy my 03 Honda rancher 350 all stock except it has a 4+4 selector and highlifter springs it smokes and needed carb cleaned and prolly the tank its been sitting for a while I traded him for his 98 Yamaha big bear 350 2+4 bone stock it needs a fuel leak fixed the carb is leaking it needs a tail light and battery and bearings in the rear axle well anyways he took the rancher got it running and calls me at midnight and tells me he is gonna need to get the Yamaha back because the Honda runs now but wont shift into gear so I tell him to try to manual shift it with the shifter located on bottom left of motor and havent heard nothing since sent him text messages and Facebook messages asking him what he wants to do still nothing its been 2 days now he told me he was gonna come get it Sunday I waited around all day he never showed up so Im kinda wondering what to do? Neither bike has titles and we didnt even do a bill of sale or nothing seems like a pretty good guy and dealt with him in the past so what yall think?
