Alright you nutrition junkies. Have you heard of someone getting a swollen eyelid from an allergic reaction to food? Long story... but since November I have had a reoccuring swollen eyelid. Ive seen 2 doctors and both said it may be a bacterial thing. Well I have done every thing they both said and then some and still having this issue. Seems to happen rapidly after eating wheat or dairy. I thought it was just a dairy allergy so I cut out dairy and slowed down with my wheat intake. Just had a piece of bread and instantly started feeling irritation that lead to my eye lid swelling. Everything I have read is leading me to belive that this and some other symptoms I have had (like rapid freakin weight gain) are caused by this allergy I may have to dairy and/or wheat. Has anyone heard of this eye issue? Not to be one of THOSE people but its looking like what has been happening is called angioedema. Any smarties want to help me out and recommend a doctors office I should go to for this?
