Alriiiiighy team this week will start from tomorrow and go til next Monday! Your challenge this week is.... NO JUNK FOOD - that means no takeaways, fast foods, bakery food, or the junk in the cafe like pies and cakes! 1 point for getting through the week without junk :) and your 2nd challenge is.... MANU HILL CLIMB - this is a group challenge, meet up down at Waitara at 6:30 tomorrow (just like normal boot camp) and Marnie Page is going to go through warm up (and also cool down) with everyone before u head up! I will post more details about tomorrows challenge in the morning :) 5 points for joining in the Manu Hill Climb, extra points for getting a group shot up the top! Will also give up to 3 points this week for 3 WORKOUTS completed outside of tomorrows one - remember these have to be specifically exercise related and must be a minimum 30 minutes. Have a good week team!
