Also an important note. First, unless it is deliberately made vegan, yogurt is made from the milk of an animal - not human milk, and we are humans, so why are we drinking the milk of another species? Would you actually put your mouth on a cow or goats teat? Second, many of those milk animals live horrible lives. I wont go into details here, but I can back that up if you want facts. Third, Greek yogurt is an ecological disaster due to how it is processed - onegreenplanet.org/animalsandnature/4-ways-greek-yogurt-is-destroying-our-planet/ , so at the very least, please avoid Greek style yogurt. Better still, go vegan. :)
