Also found another planting Idea, remember awhile back I posted or reposted an article about Mosquito and Bee traps using 2 liter plastic bottles? Well I discovered a cool way to also use the same concept to grow plant in! I will have to do up a pictorial of it . . . Cut the top 1/4 of the bottle off and invert the top . . . Using a brand new Oil lantern wick or a strand from a cotton string mop , run it up through the cap side of the top and then fill the cup side of the top with potting soil now basically you have a cup of soil with a wick dangling down, Add water with appropriate amount of ebson salt and/or miracle grow and also peroxide (Yes it does help with plants) then set the top section down into the bottom section with the wick in the water and there you go, Now plant your seedlings or fledgling plants add a tad of water to the soil and let the wick water it all for you. Doing it this way you can add water the bottom as needed over time and the roots stay wet and fresh.
