Alternative Christmas dinner at the lighthouse. We always try to have smething a bit different from turkey! Warm salad of seared scallops and duck breast with an orange, honey and mustard dressing (recipe from the Three Chimneys, Skye) Wild Knoydart venison steak with garlic and rosemary roasted vegetables and sprouts, with a port and redcurrant gravy Death by Chocolate Christmas pudding (made by my sister - basically a chocolate orange coated with chocolate, coated with maltesers and topped with white chocolate!) Still cannot move this morning - dont think were going to need any breakfast!
