Although I did not know Andrea personally, from what I have read, she seems as if she was a beautiful person inside and out. My heart breaks for her husband and (young) children. It is times like this that our faith is tested and I would like to offer some scripture to those of you who are mourning.. Matthew 5:4 "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted" Psalm 34:18 "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted, he recuse those who are crushed in spirit" Palma 46:1 "God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble" Isaiah 25: 7-8a, 9 “There he will remove the cloud of gloom, the shadow of death that hangs over the earth. He will swallow up death forever! The Sovereign Lord will wipe away all tears…In that day the people will proclaim, ‘This is our God!’ We trusted in him, and he saved us! This is the Lord, in whom we trusted. Let us rejoice in the salvation he brings!" John 14:1-4 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms. If it were not so, would I have told you that I go to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and will take you to myself, that where I am you may be also. And you know the way to where I am going.” Isaiah 66:12-14 “For this is what the LORD says: “I will extend peace to her like a river, and the wealth of nations like a flooding stream; you will nurse and be carried on her arm and dandled on her knees. As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you; and you will be comforted over Jerusalem.” When you see this, your heart will rejoice, and you will flourish like grass; the hand of the LORD will be made known to his servants, but his fury will be shown to his foes" Once again, I am so sorry for your sudden loss of such a beautiful mother, wife, daughter, and friend.
