Although I favoured Germany.. I would have to say they had luck on their side for 10 minutes and they were able to end the game early on and take advantage of the inexperience of the Brazilian squad, they were also able to hit the spot by taking advantage of the extra emotions the Brazilian players had.. Of course not to take credit from the spectacular game Germany played.. beautiful short passes, great positioning, confidence, charisma, domination, staying away from stupid mistakes.. For me it was very obvious the Germans would win this game as they have much more depth in the squad.. Scolari has no danger up front without Neymar, and he kept insisting on playing attacking football.. He should have defended and tried to hit the counter, to utilize the resources he had, which he didnt do.. Loews decision to change the tactics since the game vs France was very smart in my opinion, playing Klose up front instead of Muller who plays deeper was genius especially against Brazil.. The pressure done by Khedeira was unexpectedly marvellous he pressed higher than the attackers.. The team work, including; triangles, one touch passing and the long accurate balls.. They were simply great.. But I personally believe they were not to happen unless Brazil got a psychological wreckage in 10 mins.. Not only Loews tactics but The great Manuel Neuer who is a GK/CB and arguably the best at his position.. Mats Hummels giving the defence a strong backbone what a defender, hope he joins Barca soon.. Philipp Lahm genius and consistency.. Sami Khediras game of his career.. Toni Kroos I can only congratulate Real Madrid, unfortunately.. this guy is out of this world.. Thomas Müller German effective machine..
