Although I tend to be excited about every venture and project I become involved with, the one that has me most in a tizzy right now are the Meditation & Silence audios Im in the process of producing. I was blessed to learn the ART of understanding how to still ones mind very early in life. After being diagnosed at 17 with a stress disorder, I began taking various classes, workshops and programs related to LEARNING the SKILL of silence. For the most part, this induction to silence is where my quests in spirituality, philosophy and inspired living began. To this day, silence has been my greatest ally in truly living a stress-reduced and detached life of happiness. So, when completed, who wants to give my Learning Silence audios a test-drive?
