Although, Im still on the sideline waiting for all the evidence to come in, this latest uncovering is very revealing indeed. If Michael Browns neighbors on the scene testimony, who was unaware that his conversation was unintentionally being recorded, can be relied on, than the officer was left with no other choice. If one were to compare what the neighbor says with another statement given by a friend of the officers significant other (spouse?) than it appears as the two stories corroborate the actual on the scene events. If that is the case, along with the known convenience store video clip showing Michael posing a physical threat to an older store clerk while robbing the store, than it is not a stretch to believe that the young man was under the influence of narcotics, which have been known to cause excessively aggressive and even violent behavior. If true, could the police officer have just disabled the attacking assailant without killing him?
