Although his last work day was last week, October 16th was the official retirement date for Detective Mark Edwards. Mark served the department for over 28 years, the last four as a a detective. Mark was assigned to the detective division at the time of his retirement. We wish Mark and his family the best in this new stage in their lives. Mark remains in law enforcement accepting a position with the Connecticut Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services as a police officer. Good luck Mark and thank you for all you have given to the city and the department.
