Although not as busy as Bill Dickson (who played 11 times and finished up at midnight) - I survived my show choir day. Drove out at 8:30am to be in Burbank for a 10:10 show, then hung out until 2:25 for another show, at 3pm got back in the truck to race back to Placentia for another show choir show that hit the stage at 5:20pm. Thanks to the traffic from Burbank to Orange County, I managed to grab a bite to eat upon arrival at 4:50. Started playing by 5:15. Did the customary pow-wow with director and choreographer after the show to discuss the upcoming Chicago trip and got home at 8pm to a nice dinner prepared by Deb! A good end to the day!
