Although the present government is repeatedly assuring that the Coal India and Railways will be protected but their initiative proves that privatisation will gradually enter into this sector and which may cause working class exploitation. Yesterday, I met with some railwaymen and they also worried that privatisation will be unavoidable except in their Operations. Some of the areas are already outsourced and the workers are highly exploited. In this early morning, I once again read this news that government laid out a roadmap for attracting private standalone miners, foreign and domestic, into the coal sector.
