Although there are a couple of months left in 2014, I will forever look back at this year, and realize that it was in fact this year, that I finally came to the unfortunate realization that I have surrounded myself with frauds from all walks of life. Now to be completely honest, I have taken my own inventory, and I am not claiming to be Teflon relative to this post, but in the end heres my true feelings without regret. I know the kind of person I am, what kind of a friend I am, what kind of a father I am, what kind of a son I am, what kind of a brother I am, what kind of husband I am. Too many people to count have done me wrong. Why I dont know. Do I trust to much?....Do I put too much stock in friendship?......For whatever reason some people have chosen to test me.....I dont test well......So as I sit here writing this post today, my heart is broken, my trust is shattered, and my faith in people has been seriously compromised. But Ive never had a stronger conviction to move forward, and move forward in a positive direction. To those who have disrespected me, unfriended me on FB and in real life, to those who have disowned me, I dont hate you...Ill pray for you. Ill pray that nobody ever treats you the way you have treated me.
