Although very vague and general, this is an incredibly accurate depiction of what panic attacks feel like when anxiety takes over your body. People dont understand how impossibly difficult they are to control. In high school, I passed out on many occasions due to panic attacks, and that was the of way my body knew how to end the hyperventilating...and after a panic attack, my body was too tired to even think about the stress that caused the panic. I have since learned ways of preventing my anxiety from taking over, resulting in a hyperventilating panic attack, but anxiety is still very present. Its the root of all of my health problems, but Im making strides daily to overcome this unnecessary anxiety.
