Alumnus Kenneth N. Bystrom ’42 recently passed away just short of turning 100 years old. He was a great servant of God and had a heart for missions. Ken and his wife, Ardis (Brown) 42 joined Team Mission as missionaries and served in Columbia from 1943 through 1946 and then in Venezuela. In 1952 Ken joined the American Bible Society to head up their office in Caracas. In 1963 he was asked to assume responsibility for a new distribution program for Latin America. This led to significant travel throughout the region and included other countries around the world which could also benefit.
