Alviso Marina, Alviso Ca. I am 16 ft. below the Pacific ocean. It is less than 60 miles due west ( my left). This is looking due N to San Francisco (roughly 60 miles away) from the southernmost point of SF bay or basically N San Jose, Ca. This area of land is documented to have subsided over the last 150 years, the length of the industrial revolution. In the 60s, in winter, the question was how bad would this city flood. Come again with the ice caps...? If any place on earth would show any sign of rising sea levels it would be here. Water always seeks its own level. Hmmm.
