Always be aware of the natural instincts of a wild animal. Generally most animals want to escape but if they are in a group, or herd, the support gives them strength, like our Armies who follow the instructions of their leaders! Never get out of your car in a reserve or in a animal or nature sanctuary unless near places in which to seek refuge. There are stories of people having survived the night in a game park but very very few! This is what idiots do in the safari Park, and they forget that the lions are wild.. and the people tried to claim insurance.. There are those animals who are brought up by altruistic people, but they are reared from the time they were cubs and have lost their natural instincts.. Please advise people to be cautious when approaching wild animals and that does not refer to Dogs on the street who have been amongst people and depend on us for food. The lions in this park thought that he was a Christmas treat..! Photographers .. keep your cameras and instincts in the car!
