Always be nice. Yes, sometimes people are going to do some really nincompoop things here on Facebook. We all do sometimes... Just try to take a LONG TERM view in everything you do here on Facebook. Companies come, companies go. Comp plans change and ruin peoples checks... Products get changed in ways that upset people... Owners do stupid things (been there, done that MULTIPLE times)... And people sometimes lose heart and realize they were barking up the wrong tree... So be nice to EVERYONE (even I need to work on this) as your harsh words may come back to bite you. That person who spammed your wall or messaged you and barfed their opportunity all over you could be your next customer when their company goes belly up. And he may know a WORLD of capable people in that company that lead you to build an enormous part of your organization... You never know who really knows who...
