Always in the minds of Rotarians is the fact that Rotary is a voluntary organization. It is indeed composed of men and women who come and go, persevered in time or disappointed at some point; had favorable and sometime unforgettable experiences that open up their minds with greater wisdom and be able to engage in greater latitude or playing field for their profession and avocation. All these and more, Rotary is great and to borrow the words of @Vincent Eleazar. . . it is addictive. At the rate our PP @Pamelo M. Braga is going in his addictive disposition in the club, he deserves to be recognized with honor and dignity. For the record lets have a glimpse the time (DRAC 2010) he was crowned with District accolade as Outstanding President pari passu Outstanding Club, 20 Members and above.
