Always remember that what you give to the universe is what you get back. Everything has a cause and effect. If your mind is sometimes preoccupied with a negative thought, immediately try to remove that with a positive thought. It’s very important that we transform the negative into positive. What we think becomes real. Thoughts are our trump cards. We have to be very careful using them. God has given us so much power with our thoughts, but we have to be careful how we choose them. Sometimes we cannot change how others think about us, but we can help sometimes but sending them love to heal their thoughts. If you knew how powerful your thoughts are then you would think twice before youthought anything negative . Gud mawnin peeps
