Always remember to, when being selfless and giving, to always keep a little bit for yourself, because a drained spirit cannot soar to highest heights with low fuel. As a literary personality and Blog Talk Radio host & producer, I am always working to make sure that my guests are presented in a dignified and professional way. It is always my aim to build long-lasting relationships with the people I interview on A Touch of Grace, because I truly believe that when you treat the right people the right way they stand on the most powerful side of appreciation and loyalty. I fret not over fly-by-nights only out for themselves, because I am grateful that they have revealed themselves at this stage of the game. That way I dont have to worry about weeding them out later. In all honesty, they dont matter, I wish them well. I feel very blessed knowing that the shows I produce are well-received and that they become part of the resumes of those who grace the airwaves on the show. That is why I have learned to be very selective when sending out invitations and accepting requests to be on the show. It isnt being snobbish, its about being a respectable on-air personality, who represents professionalism. I learn something from every show I produce. I do this for the supportive listeners, as well as, for the talented guest, so that the shows continue their flow towards tip top quality. I steer clear of drama and unprofessional behavior -- I dont have it my life, and I damn sure will not have it on my talk show.
