SPOILER ALERT, if your mind is made up, may as well avoid this post I am now oversaturated with the current MEME in the “liberal”, or Democratic circles , that the only way to keep the dread GOP/Tea Partista candidate from infiltrating the White House in 2016 is to back Hilary Clinton, as she has the “name recognition”, or “is qualified”, etc… Well, as I have said before numerous times, a little known Senator from Illinois “appeared from the skies” , swooped down and , rather than Joe Biden be nominated (or Hilary), he was elected to TWO terms as Presidente of the USA. (I speak of Prez “O” of course….) But the reason for this post, an analogy, for what I think is example of the logic behind the “We must back Hilary Clinton” meme of which I speak Say…someone comes to me, VERY hungry, and asks me if I can offer something to eat • I say, “of course, here is a nice Italian plate of PASTA CU LENTICCHE (Italian style lentil soup w/ pasta)” The hungry person replies. “NO NO NO , I must have HAMBURGER, that is what will cure my hunger” “But”, I offer, “Lentil soup is highly nutritious, and will surely satisfy your hunger, especially if I add some good crusty Italian bread as well!” The hungry one then pleads, almost shouting …”NO, I MUST have hamburger, to satisfy my hunger. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT PASTA CU LENTICCHE is! I cannot be sure it will satisfy me as you say, or that I will enjoy it. I must have HAMBURGER because I KNOW the burger will fill me up…..” We need win the 2014s…and then, push for a Warren/Sanders, or Warren/Grayson ticket in 2016, is MY hope…
