Am I allowed to talk briefly about something not strictly Type-Moon but kind of related? Gen is from Nitro+ but I consider him an honorary member of Type-Moon for writing Fate/Zero and being so closely associated with Nasu and Takeuchi. Hes practically part of the family. I dont know if any of you like Tokusatsu (live-action low budget japanese special effects shows) particularly the Kamen Rider series, but Urobuchi wrote Kamen Rider Gaim, the lastest entry in the series that just ended this weekend. Those who are not used to these kind of shows may be put off by the chessiness of the show but its really great and definitely worth checking out if youre a fan of the Butcher. It has many plot similarities with Madoka and even with the Fate series sometimes (Kouta is kind of a cross between Madoka and Shirou). The Kamen Rider series may be mainly a show targeted at kids to sell toys, but it is very popular with grown ups due to its recurrent dark and complex storylines, thus making Gen a natural fit for the franchise.
