Am I going to regret doing this thing OR will I regret it later by not doing this? Is the question I will ask myself when undecided about a decision. I will ask myself especially in decisions regarding to finances. Last year in the middle of the summer I had made a decision to not visit my grandmother who at the moment lived in Mexico. I didnt have the finances to fly to Iguala Gr., Mexico and when the opportunity came up I passed it. I am the type of person that doesnt like to borrow money from people ONLY because I dont like to be in DEBT. Well, my dear grandmother passed away that same year. HOW DO I REGRET IT!! =( There are some days when my heart feels soooo HEAVY! I wished I couldve put my pride to the side and took the opportunity to borrow the finances to visit my grandma but I didnt. Instead pride kicked in and I told myself I will visit her when I have saved enough finances to fly out there.. I still havent been able to saved the money for that trip and my grandmother passed away. I was never able to say goodbye to her, nor was I able to embrace her, kiss her, and speak to her again. How do I regret it! SO the question I will ALWAYS ask myself every time I plan to make a HUGE decision especially regarding in finances. I will ask myself.. Am I going to regret DOING this thing OR will I regret it later on by NOT doing this? Never hesitate to SPEND MONEY & INVEST on something that is important, especially when it comes to visiting family members. I know making trips are expensive and sometimes you look at your bank account and you wonder how will you do this but if GOD makes way for you to go to visit your family I SAY TAKE IT & GO! Because YOU just might NEVER get that opportunity again.. My abuelita passed away and how do I regret it! It was 13 years since I last saw her. There many times when I would speak to her over the phone she would scold me for not making time to travel out there. She waited for my returned to Mexico.....
