Am I the only one concerned that a system of government thats supposed to fairly represent all the people in each Congressional district has just elected all Republicans to represent the Southern States? Not one Democrat. And this last Senate race in Louisiana was decided because the Republican played only to the resentment Southern whites feel toward president Obama. But of course its not about race. In light of the recent protest to #StopCopBrutalityNow history seems to be repeating itself in the South. From Encyclopedia...Southern whites had been humiliated by their loss to the North, and many resented the thought that their former slaves were now on an equal footing with them (relatively speaking).
