Am I the only one (doubt it) that look at fermenting foods I am making and I see works of art. So much so I grab my water colours and start painting. Like today I took a clean sterile jar and one of the biggest pomegranate I picked, and put the seeds in the jar and slowllllly covered with the rich amber golden raw organic honey and set aside to ferment. Ever notice how many works of art or literature have food somewhere in the work?
