Am I the only one that has trouble getting anything done thru comcast . Living room TV works, bedroom TV did not. Called comcast. After several minutes they decided I needed a piece of equipment, they did not have one within a100 mile radius. They will ship, , they did and ups did their job. Installed the piece of equipment, called comcast. After punching several phone buttons I got a person. 30 minutes later I was told to hold for 5 minutes while they talked to the tech dept. before 5 minutes was over the called was dropped. Called comcast, went through the same procedure . Punched several phone buttons, put on hold and at last, a picture. Elated I Hung up and was going to watch TV. But not yet no sound . Called comcast repeat of the above. After about 1 1/2 hours success.
