Am Thankful for all 10 dogs today (and everyday) and extra thankful that Kya is with us and out of immediate danger . Now if we can get her the surg she so desperately needs and deserves In 6 days Kya The Little Crippled Girl is scheduled to have her consultation with Doctor Antu and cat scan done. The consultation costs 90 and the scan will run 1250. Both of these things are necessary in order to move forward in getting her the operation she needs. NO it is not life threatening but without the operation Kya thru no fault of her own will remain in pain and will never walk correctly. The vet told me on Saturday that she feels Kya can be helped probably 100% but yes time is a factor - the longer we wait to have it done the chances of it working go down. Please continue to share this and her page and if you can donate even a few dollars it would mean an awful lot and it might be the difference between Kya living a life without pain and being able to run like normal dogs or having to live on pain meds and walking/running with difficulty. Once the scan is done and the operation date set I will then be able to set up an account with BlueGrass Veterinary so that anyone wishing to donate to the operation itself via the vets office will be able to do so but for now this and our paypal account (designer_at_heart@yahoo) are our only options THANKS
