Am now in Bangkok Airport for my flight home. I had to wake up at 4:30 am for a 7:40 am flight. This is one of the few drawbacks of my work when traveling. There seem to be a tendency of airlines to schedule flights too early in the morning! But on the other hand I also enjoyed the ride to the airport as I watched the unfolding of day. The serenity at dawn never ceases to amaze me as I just feel refreshed and I get to meditate watching at the sunlight trying to overlay the darkness of the past night! As I sat by the back of the taxi, I just cannot help but be thankful for another wonderful day that God has given me! I am also so thankful for all the unique opportunities he has bestowed upon me...being able to see beautiful places and meet wonderful people as I pursue my missions in life, in this wonderful job he has given me! I certainly believe I have a purposeful life! Despite the occasional hardships, like having to wake up early, hurry to airports, sitting patiently for my flight to depart and eventually land, I just feel so blessed! And every time I reach home, I get refreshed and regenerated with the excitement of seeing my family again, to feel their love and the joys we have! Thank you dear Lord for this wonderful purpose driven life! May I continue to share the abundance of your love and the wisdom I gather in my travels!
