Am on Kampala road and its raining, I jump into Cafe Bravo(Of Course for coffee and free 1 hour internet) I notice a gentleman having late lunch and ask if its ok to join. Aiming at using my 1 hour internet to the fullest, me opens facebook, gmail, website and straight answer pending mails super quick(in case you got one from me, sometimes the adrenalin goes high with fast internet) Seeing him peeping on my screen, I ask if he is interested in seeing what I do? He nods and bang, a super excited me tell my usual TED style inspiration how I started Ecoart Uganda and how I left a university job to concentrate on what I was passionate about. (Sorry my students reading this, I had a dream too) Cut the crap short, the dude lives in UK and owns an island on lake Bunyonyi, gave me 4 acres of land to use to build any artwork of my choice ( In case your wondering when to visit Uganda and volunteer with me, next year from June 2015 am ready for you) Lesson learnt: Learn to blow your own trumpet......nobody will do it better for you!!
