Am using a pay as you go computor so wrote you all a lovely piece on the Bay of Islands and lost it all. So I am starting again. Tomorrow we leave for Aripara which is just before ninety mile beach, may stay a while. Certainly this motor camp has been good. We have toured around most days. Must come back one day as I flashed past in the car picture post card bays so many of them I couldnt stop for them all . Adjectives dont do them justice. Town wise Russell and Keri Keri standout. I am a reluctant tourist when it comes to doing the museums and historic sites. I have an excuse, the dogs cant be left to roast in the car so I did not go to Pompalia House even though it loooked very pretty. I did go and have lunch at a restaurant with tables outside underneath the pohutukawas along the forshore. Mini and Pepe were allowed to sit undermytable so we stayed for several hours while I watched the boats in the harbour. Keri Keri we went to today as I needed to go to a post office and send to my sister Elaines two boxes of clothes I needed earlier on when it was still a bit cold and other things I fou nd I didnt need like an iron, motor camps have them. Its very pleasant, had a good bookshop which had just got its share of the Booker prize novel. Reading I am enjoying. Its Guy Fawkes night so must go and sit with Mini just in case the pops and bangs start
