Amader society te meyeder khub kom respect deoya hoi. Tader jaiga always secondary. We think its from Islam. But that is 100% wrong. These are men made rules in society. Women were the most honored and respected individuals in Islamic history. We have women fighters, educators, politician, business women etc. Colonialism did a lot of harm to our society and only after we started following their way of life our condition has worsen. Lets bring back respect, honor , love, kindness to our women. Lets support them, stand by them and help them NOT abuse, dominate, ridicule, or think less of them. Just a little note to our sisters also, if you are highly educated, professional or hold an authoritative position in your family life or outside please be humble and dont abuse this power by becoming arrogant.
