Amanda says, Im feeling incredibly defeated. :( I am very passionate about homeschooling my children. In the last year I have been struggling to school my 8-year-old. He has been very very determined to do as little as possible and nothing I have tried has worked. (And I have tried EVERYTHING). Even so my resolve has not changed! My husband, on the other hand, is suddenly adamant that they ALL go to public school as they reach the appropriate age. :/ When we first broached the topic of homeschool he had NO OPINION. He basically said, Well, if thats what you want to do…. Now all of a sudden he is set against it and he wants me to throw away all that I have put into this over the past four years. :( What can I do!? Blatantly going against my husbands wishes will only make our lives miserable... But throwing away all the blood, sweat and tears Ive put into our classroom… :(
