Amartya Sen Nobel laureate has come out against Narendra Modi - TopicsExpress

Amartya Sen Nobel laureate has come out against Narendra Modi saying he would dislike Modi as the Prime Minister of India. But who is he? Is he qualified to pronounce his personal choice just being economic theorist? He has no identify in today’s Indian political scenario. He is not an active politician. In what beliefs or under what conclusions he is talking of secularism? His ancestral home was in Dhaka, part of Bangladesh. If he continued to live there he is counted as a minority and insecure. May be this phobia is hunting him or he is not just be happy just being economic theorist and like to take the opportunity to enter Indian political settings like his brother Barrister Ashoke Kumar Sen,a former Union Cabinet Minister for Law and Justice of India. Let Amartya Sen not forget that his maternal grandfather Acharya Kshiti Mohan Sen, a close associate of Rabindranath Tagore, was an authority on the philosophy of Hinduism to which Narendra Modi is openly identifying as Hindu nationalist and also a tolerant secularist. ibnlive.in/news/as-an-indian-citizen-i-dont-want-narendra-modi-as-my-pm-amartya-sen/408529-37-64.html
