Amazing day yesterday! Me and James took Alan for a surprise (no thanks to James and his big mouth) trip to London. We saw the Christmas lights whilst doing the Paddington Trail trying to find as many of the 50 statues of Paddington the bear hidden across the city. We found 7 of them (which was really fun) and then took Alan for a surprise birthday meal at Baltic. Baltic has been on my radar for a while, its a beautiful restaurant and bar in Southwark (just outside the tube) and I totally recommend it. Very good value for London and the quality and service. The bar is fantastic with fabulous cocktails and the food was amazing! Sarah Donner you MUST go! Tonight the birthday treats continue with a trip to see Paddington the movie and a bucket of KFC a chicken!
