Amazing first day in Guatemala City with my hosts Otto, Gerber, Christianary (my translator) learning about the history, culture, customs, real estate market and practices, visiting museums and markets. Started the day with breakfast at Café Saùl - delectable! Ended the day meeting President, staff and BoD at the real estate Association home office for a late lunch, wine tasting, and Board of Directors meeting. Gracious hosts! Fortunate to be NARs President Liaison. Theres a great deal of work to do, but the members are up for it and it will be fulfilling - the country will benefit for generations to come!
