Amazing is the word that comes to mind when we think of how 2014 is starting out for Austyn Fugle Racing! A couple of weeks ago Austyn and the Team were invited to take a tour of Gildas Club. We received a grand tour by some great people who shared with us this wonderful resource located right here in Rochester N.Y.. This organization is a wealth of knowledge, resources and support for those whose lives have been touched by cancer. It was named after Gilda Radner, who was diagnosed and eventually passed away from ovarian cancer. Yes, she was that same very funny lady from the good old days of SNL! At one time, there were 5 Gildas Clubs in NY, now only two remain. This is truly a very special organization that we as a community are lucky to have access to when a loved one is dealing with this devastating disease. Austyn Fugle Racing will be proudly carrying the Gildas Club logo on our #36 Sportsman for the 2014 season. We will also be participating in their summer camp, with a day of photograph and autograph opportunities for the kids and camp counselors alike! We will also be bringing the car out for the Mens groups monthly breakfast at some date in the near and warmer future! We are very thankful to have the opportunity to represent Gildas Club and all the wonderful things this organization represents!
