Amazing night for North Carolina sports fans! The Hornets returned to Charlotte with a thrilling overtime win and then Western North Carolina’s Madison Bumgarner continued his playoff domination, coming out of the bullpen and leading the Giants to World Series victory. Bumgarner set a MLB record for playoff innings pitched and was named MVP as well.
