Ambassador of Czech Republic visited News Network DHAKA: Mr. Miloslav STAŠEK, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Nepal and Bhutan today afternoon ( 29 Sept. 2014) visit News Network Office at Dhanmondi, Dhaka. Mr. STAŠEK was received by Shahiduzzaman Editor and CEO of News Network . The Ambassador was accompanied by Md. Shafiqul Islam an Official of Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Dhaka. During the visit Ambassador Miloslav exchange views with the News Network officials, journalists and fellows in journalism. Ambassador appreciated News Network initiatives for media development activities. Currently Czech Republic supporting a News Network project to sensitize journalists to combat gender based violence.
