All the negative things being said to people, all the rude comments being made, and saying that its not okay for the workers to show up to work and how they should be boycotting too... those people have a responsibility to their job, a responsibility to pay their bills, responsibility to support their families. Boycotting isnt going to help with that. This page was created to support a local man, not to bash everyone else. Boycott Whitehall Plumbs for Fred says, And after the workers put in 40 years for the company, Plumbs can just show them the door also. Maybe ALL the Plumbs workers should picket Plumbs for what is right !! Maybe ALL Plumbs employees in every Plumbs store should realize how wrong this is and take a stand !! THEY COULD BE NEXT!! Did you see the cashier come out and give her co-worker (Fred) a ((HUG)) on TV. How REAL was that? (it enlightened me for sure). Im getting tired of the bashing Fred is taking by people that dont even know him, but like I said I cant censor every comment here and I wont. Ill tolerate so much and then theyre gone when I do see it. A lot of this shit-storm started when one (yes 1) individual came in here spouting off about how his wife had complained about Fred numerous times to management because Fred got to close to her. (We have hundreds of supporters who say Fred never had anything but a cheerful demeanor 7 days a week) Then she admits publicly she was never hugged by Fred! Mrs. Woodland had the choice to not shop at Plumbs but she continued to put herself in a position of letting someone actually care how her day was and then turned around and complained about him behind his back ! I wish the Woodlands had stayed off this page altogether and not one person would be talking about them (at that time no one knew their involvement PERIOD). Seems they started their own sh!t-storm!! Yes, you really should focus on what this page is about .... Supporting Fred !! (And the fact your employer and one simple (HUG)) can ruin a persons life at the drop of a hat. I am giving people the benefit of the doubt when say dont hug me thats their right but m sick of the comments from people who have no understanding of the word compassion. Give the man a break he loves the world. Wish I was more like him! ((HUGS))
