Amen!! Matthew 18:20 says For when two or more are gathered together in my name there I will be also A church is just a building, his people are his Church and where they are there hell be. I dislike when people think that you have to go to church to study and understand the bible. I do go to church, but I also study theology outside the church teachings and feel like at times that I get more from the ancient writings and uncanonical books than I could going to church every day. Some people may think that is bad but these writings were there and excluded from the bible, not by God, but by man because it did not fit in with their teachings. The answers are out there, you just have to think outside the box. When I ask our pastor about them I was told that he cannot use the ancient writings because they are outside of our religion. WHAT?!?!?!? I will take spirituality over religion any day. To have someone that we are supposed to go to for answers say Yes, the answers are there, but I cant give them to you No thanks, I will continue on my own. Those of you that go to church ask your pastor sometime where Cains wife came from 9 of 10 will tell you that is one of the great mysteries of the bible. Please let me know if anyone gives you an answer because I do know this answer for some of the ancient writings.
