America is so similar to Roman Empire....As a matter of fact it is completely made up of many of the exact same things. Sure, the king has been replaced with a president but thats only because of the revolution and Washington thinking it not best. The gladiators have been replaced with football, basketball and baseball. The coliseum with our modern day stadiums and Arenas. Weve added a House of Representatives to government, however, the political structure and class system is practically the same. Rome was destroyed from within just as America is doing today. Greedy corrupt politicians vying for power and wealth so they and their offspring get to maintain virtual royalty. Problem is; eventually greed becomes blindness and turns to stupidity, this is where our political systems is today. The same as Rome. We have taken nothing from historys lesson. America will go the way of Rome for the exact same reason if nothing changes.
