American Airlines has scheduled a temporary flight reduction in the month of December at the Dubuque Regional Airport. Flight #2940, 4:05 p.m. arrival from O’Hare and 4:30 p.m. departure to O’Hare will take affect from December 2 – December 17, 2014. It will resume on December 18, 2014. Dubuque Regional Airport officials were notified of this flight reduction and have been working to reinstate the flight. Officials realize the loss of this flight, even though temporary, causes Dubuque passengers an inconvenience. “We are requesting passengers contact American Airlines customer service regarding this issue.” stated Robert Grierson, Dubuque Regional Airport Manager.
