Floods, means rains & water got too much in a short time period. 3. What: The floods, the rains & water came from the sky down to the earth, spread over the lower areas on earth, then went to the rivers and finally stayed in under-ground, lakes, oceans and seas. 4. History of Human-beings: Human-beings live on these lands (The earth) more than ten-thousand (10000) years, but the civilization of human- approx. 5-6 thousand years. People start to write may be start from 4000 years-5000 years ago. But the human with brain & Technologies applied actually initiated about 300 years ago, or should say 200-250 years ago. 5. One of the details of Technologies I suggested: 1).Install 2000, 3000, & 4000 miles DC (direct-current), EHV, Extra High Voltage, 500KV/700KV, Electrical Transmission lines with associated boost-up-Step-down Substations, for the consumers (Industrial or commercial) usages in the continentals, in USA, China, Euro, Africa, & Central America. 2). The DC electrical transmission line comprised of Two (2) wires only, Positive & Negative) with solid earth-ground, while DC lines carry the Electrical power (or power energy flow), “No Power Loss” during the transmission procession. 3).
