American DJ UK / American DJ Europe recently issued a safety warning that affected some of their special effects machines (eg smoke and bubble machines). In order to make sure their customers are aware of the issue, theyve sent out another reminder to their users. ADJ said: SAFETY WARNING: REMINDER ADJ has its highest priority on product safety. A few weeks ago we informed our customers about a serious safety problem on a few of our special effect machines (fog machines, bubble machines). We would like to remind you about this safety problem. If you own one of the products where the remote control is connected via an IEC connector or you know of one of our products being used please advise them of the risk.
